Deck Officers with DP Unlimited and Strong English Skills for Dredgers

We are seeking skilled and motivated Deck Officers to join our modern fleet of Trailing Suction Hopper Dredgers operating on projects worldwide.

As a Deck Officer, you will play a vital role in the safe navigation, operation, and maneuvering of our vessels. Working in ports, coastal waters, and busy maritime environments, you will contribute to delivering complex dredging projects while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and operational excellence.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Hold a valid Certificate of Competency as Master or Chief Mate, at least up to 3,000 GT
  • Possess all required and valid STCW certifications
  • Hold a valid DP Unlimited Certificate
  • Have strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, corresponding to a minimum B2 level (CEFR)
  • Demonstrate professionalism and sound decision-making abilities
  • Are proactive, reliable, and committed to maintaining high safety standards
  • Can work independently while contributing positively to a multicultural team environment
  • Thrive in a dynamic operational setting with varied challenges and responsibilities
  • Are willing and prepared to take part in all required onboard operations, supporting both bridge and deck duties as operational needs require

It Will Be Considered an Advantage If You Have

  • Previous experience on dredgers, offshore support vessels, or other DP-operated vessels
  • Experience from dredging, offshore construction, marine engineering, or the fishing industry
  • Experience working with international and multicultural crews
  • Familiarity with advanced maritime equipment and vessel management systems
  • Experience operating in coastal areas
