Rohde Nielsen delivered multiple scopes related to the installation of 4 export cables totaling 300 km in length from offshore wind farms to the German shore near Lubmin:

– Dredging of cables trenches and installation of gravel inside trench to replace unwanted peat and unploughable stiff clay (soil-improvement).

– Seabed reinstatement after cable installation to ensure environmental requirements of minimum seabed impact were met.

– Various projects related to the landfall installation incl. dredging and survey of access channels and turning areas near HDD offshore cable exit.
